We understand that issues may arise and have outlined our Refund Policy to clearly explain the circumstances in which refunds are issued, the procedures involved, and your rights as a customer.
By using our services, you agree to the terms set out below.
1. General Refund Overview
Due to the nature of our work—most of which is digital, customized, and service-based—refunds are issued only under specific conditions outlined in this policy. Refunds will not be granted for completed or delivered services unless there is a verifiable fault on our part.
This policy is compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and UK Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type
a. Custom Website Design and Branding Services
We begin project planning and resource allocation immediately after an order is confirmed. For these services:
Before work begins: A full refund is available if the request is made within 48 hours of payment and no work has started.
After work has started: A partial refund may be issued based on the percentage of project completion. For example:
0–25% complete: 75% refund
26–50% complete: 50% refund
51–75% complete: 25% refund
Over 75% complete: No refund
After final delivery: No refunds will be granted once the final files or project access has been handed over.
b. Logo Design and Creative Services
Because these are creative and subjective:
Refunds are only possible before we send the first concept.
If you are not satisfied with the first design concept, we’ll offer one free revision round.
No refund will be granted once you approve a concept or request final files.
c. Digital Downloads
Digital products such as templates, graphics, or software are non-refundable once delivered. This is in line with UK consumer protection law for digital content.
However, if the file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be downloaded, we will either:
Provide a working copy, or
Offer a full refund, at our discretion
d. Hosting and Domain Services
We act as resellers for web hosting and domain registration services.
Domains: Once registered, domain names are non-refundable due to third-party registrar policies.
Hosting Services:
Monthly hosting plans are refundable within 7 days of purchase if no site has been uploaded.
Annual hosting plans may qualify for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days, excluding any setup fees or used resources.
No refunds will be issued for:
Bandwidth overage
Account suspension due to policy violations
Early termination by the user after 30 days
e. Consulting and Strategy Services
If you’ve booked a digital consultation:
You may cancel with 24 hours’ notice for a full refund
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, a 50% refund may be issued
Missed or completed consultations are non-refundable
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
You changed your mind after ordering a service that has already started
You failed to provide required information or content to complete the service
You delayed the project without reasonable explanation
You violated our Terms of Service
You downloaded a digital product but claim non-use
The issue is due to external services or platforms we do not control
5. Chargebacks and Disputes
If you are unhappy with a service, we strongly encourage you to contact us first. We are committed to resolving issues professionally.
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without contacting us first may result in:
Account suspension
Blacklisting from future services
Reporting to relevant platforms for fraudulent activity
We reserve the right to contest chargebacks with evidence, including communication records, delivery confirmations, and payment history.
6. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders under the following circumstances:
The request violates our Acceptable Use Policy
The service involves illegal or unethical content
The client has a history of non-payment or abuse
In such cases, a refund will be determined based on the stage of service delivery and reason for cancellation.
7. Modifications and Policy Updates
COREMOTIVE LTD reserves the right to update or change this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be posted on our website. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
Changes will not affect existing refund rights retroactively unless required by law.
